Journaling

Learn how to use journaling tools to:
  • Process and move on from painful experiences;
  • Help you in making important decisions;
  • Work with and learn from your dreams;
  • Discover your deepest desires and the purpose of your life;
  • Awaken your creativity;
  • Cope with stress.

You will be introduced to a range of approaches to journaling including the famous Progoff method; Julia Cameron's "Morning Pages"; journaling for discernment (decision making); journaling using imaginal dialogue and dreams.

There will be input sessions as well as ample time for personal reflection and journaling.
