My coaching practice is about helping my clients to discover who they are at a deeper level and what their deepest desires are for their life. The next step is working together to enable them to find ways of living those dreams more fully.
My approach is tailored to the needs of the individual. Coaching tends to be a short-term process. On average eight to ten sessions are needed although some clients may only need one or two sessions while others want on-going support through a particular transition in their lives. As a Martha Beck trained and accredited life coach I use many of her processes for helping people to find their ‘right life.”
My background as a psychologist and my extensive experience in counselling adds an important additional dimension to the coaching experience. I am able to draw on my understanding of psychological processes to help clients overcome blocks on an emotional level.
My qualifications and experience as a spiritual director and retreat giver trained in Christian spirituality are also part of the particular resources I am able to offer clients. However, I coach people of all faith backgrounds and none to find their own right life, and do not believe in imposing my own beliefs in any way.
